What is U-Model?

The U-Model is a foundational ontological framework asserting that any stable system—from subatomic particles to civilizations—exists through exactly three irreducible categories:

• FORM — What is it? (Identity, structure, definition)
• POSITION — Where is it? (Context, relations, environment)
• ACTION — How does it act? (Dynamics, behavior, interaction)

Formula: Stable Existence = Form × Position × Action

Core Thesis

The Minimal Triad is necessary and sufficient for stable existence:

• Remove any one category → system becomes undefined or unstable
• Add a fourth category → it reduces to combinations of the three
• This is not ideology—it is structural necessity

The 45 Principles

The U-Model operationalizes into 45 universal principles across three domains:

• CODE (15 principles) — Rules of existence (Constitution, laws)
• CREDO (15 principles) — Rules of meaning (Strategy, values, ethics)
• RIGHTS (15 principles) — Rules of dignity (Human rights, protections)

U-Score

U-Score is the quantitative measure of alignment with the 45 principles.

Formula: U = ∛(U_Code × U_Credo × U_Rights)

• Scale: 0–1 (or 0–100%)
